My specialty has always been finding the talents people have that they don’t realize are there — and pulling those things out. Even the most talented people have a hard time telling their stories in a way that’s authentic and compelling to others.
What I do
There are a lot of smart, interesting, accomplished and talented people who have no idea how to present themselves. I work with performers, executives, students, job-seekers — and regular people — to tell their story clearly and with confidence. I build a program around your specific goals, deadlines, and what I think you most need to work on — so you leave equipped to do this on your own.

How I work
One-on-one, by design. The work is personal, so I keep it that way.
Mostly remote. Reflecting how communication actually happens now.
Selective. I take on a limited number of people, so the ones I do get my full attention.
Background
Before I coached talent, I found and developed it — casting, series development, and representation at some of the industry’s defining companies. I know what people on the other side are actually looking for, because I was one of them.
